In 2017, I participated in Appalachia + AGI + Automattic, a collaborative art, design, and education project that paired me up with Michael Bierut and a high school student in Kentucky.

For the project, I took part in interviews and video conferences to teach students about graphic design and remote work. I also created a website at home.blog, based around Michael's artwork. The site contains a blog post in which I recorded what the experience meant to me.
